The adventure begins at the charming Usina Waterfall, where you enjoy a refreshing freshwater swim. The site got its name from having housed, between 1942 and 1971, a power plant that supplied energy to the region's farms. As the population grew, the plant was decommissioned, but the natural beauty and charm of the place remain.
After this revitalizing stop, we head to the stunning Jeribucaçu Beach, considered one of the most beautiful in Brazil. The roughly 45-minute walk through lush Atlantic Forest and mangrove leads to a breathtaking scene: the meeting of the river with the sea, white sand and vibrant green vegetation.
In addition to Jeribucaçu, the tour leads to Arruda Beach, just a 10-minute walk away. There you will find natural pools that form at low tide, a natural spectacle that completes this unforgettable experience in Itacaré.
